Welcome to Lúnasa.net, the photography website of Morgan Carpenter.

The name for the site is the Irish word for the month of August. It's also known as Lughnasa, Lughnasadh or (in Old English) Lammas. The month is named as the festival of the Celtic god Lugh or Lleu, the sun god and a kind of jack of all trades.
